After years on the road, I saw the gaps firsthand: requests that didn't fit an app's system, customers who needed a real answer, and work that deserved more attention than an automated process could give it.
Instead of waiting for the system to change, I put that experience into motion. JCS was built to bring back direct communication, flexibility, and a personal commitment to each delivery.
